What information do we collect about you?
We collect information from you when we undertake direct business-to-business (B2B) marketing or when you place (or are considering placing) an order with us. We also collect information from you as part of our coaching service if you are a coaching client. If you voluntarily take part in one of our service feedback surveys, we will collect further information then.
Where you have agreed (or intend) to enter into a coaching agreement, in addition to the personal details listed above, we will record anonymised notes made before, during and after coaching sessions. These notes and any other information you provide as part of a coaching agreement will be treated as personal details.

How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you to develop a proposal for a service for you, to deliver a service you have requested, for direct B2B purposes and, if you agree, to keep in touch with you about other products and services we offer that we believe may be of interest to you.
We use your information collected from our website to understand the behaviour of all visitors as one cohort and sub-groups of visitors to the site. You cannot be identified as part of this process.
Jenny Ames Consulting Ltd will not share your information for marketing purposes with any other company.
In processing your order, we may send your details to, and use information from, credit reference agencies and fraud prevention agencies.
Storage of your information
With the exception of information obtained via our website service, all your personal data will be securely held in a locked filing cabinet, on an encrypted computer/hard drive, or securely in the cloud using a system that complies with the Generation Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (2018). We will delete your data no later than 12 months after the service we have provided to you has been completed and all payments have been received by us.
However, from time to time we would like to contact you with details of other services we provide which we believe may be relevant to your business. If you consent to us contacting you for this purpose, we will ask you to confirm this in writing or by email by ticking the box embedded in our Privacy Notice and returning it to us.
The security of your personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We would like to send you information about products and services of ours which may be of interest to you. If you are a business and we email or telephone you for direct marketing purposes, we will give you the opportunity to opt out at first contact (by email or telephone respectively). If you are a former customer, we will ask you to confirm if you are happy for us to stay in contact with you by ticking the box embedded in our Privacy Notice and returning it to us.

International transfer of information collected via our website
